Born and raised in Jerusalem, Enas Muthaffar is a versatile filmmaker, news producer, and communications advisor with nearly 25 years of experience. She holds a BA in Film Directing from the Academy of Arts in Cairo, Egypt, and an MA in Media and Communications from Goldsmiths College, University of London.

 

Enas has worked extensively on Palestinian and international film productions, including two Oscar-nominated feature films, Paradise Now and Omar, and acclaimed projects, including Miral and A House in Jerusalem. She has written, directed, and produced short and feature-length films showcased at international film festivals and art galleries, amplifying stories that challenge and inspire audiences everywhere.

 

Beyond filmmaking, Enas worked as a producer with prominent international news outlets. She has also served as a communications advisor, leading communications strategies and media advocacy campaigns to shape compelling narratives and enhance public engagement. Her experience includes mentoring aspiring filmmakers and storytellers in Palestine.

Film Production and Directing – Worked as assistant director and producer on high-profile Palestinian and international film productions. Directed short films that have been featured in international film festivals and cultural platforms.
